Sad Rain

Blassreiter

Looking for the complete lyrics of Sad Rain by Aki Misato?  It’s no wonder then because Animax Asia is currently airing the 2008 action-drama anime, Blassreiter.  Another anime flick from studio Gonzo, it’s one of the reason why youngsters are rooting on their TV sets nowadays. And watch out, Blassreiter manga is still ongoing! 🙂

So here’s the complete lyrics of the ending theme song Continue reading

Kaichou Wa Maid-Sama!

There’s a main reason why the name Usui Takumi is brewing hot in the anime world today.  A new ongoing romantic comedy anime series Kaichou Wa Maid Sama! (The Student Council President is a Maid!) currently airing today on Animax every Sunday at 8:30 am has to do with this.

The anime is classified as “shoujo” which means the anime caters to young girls and women.  This distinction can be easily grasped because of the anime’s romantic flavor brewing between two major characters: Ayuzawa Misaki and Usui Takumi.  The chemistry between them is absolutely hilarious and anime viewers find their love-hate relationship turbulently sweet and fascinating.

Ayuzawa Misaki

Ayuzawa Misaki (voiced by Ayumi Fujimura), is the first female student council president of Seika High School.  Seika is renowned for its boisterous and wild students, once an exclusive all-boys school which makes its reputation even more intimidating and terrifying to young girls.  Misaki, fueled by her determination to put the recently co-ed school into a good light, tries her best to tame wild and hardheaded Seika students.  Her own reforms are relentless and ruthless but at the end of the day they all boil down to Misaki’s best interests for the school.

However, there’s one secret that Misaki has been nursing to herself all this time.  While she poses a dominant stance toward Seika students all throughout the day, she is actually Continue reading

Inuyasha: The Final Act

Inuyasha The Final Act

Inuyasha The Final Act

So excited for the upcoming season of Inuyasha.  Inuyasha: The Final Act will be premiering this October 10, 2009 at 12 am, on Animax Asia.  This 26-episode season is a continuation to the first Inuyasha TV series. Cheers to the fans of Inuyasha!

I missed Sesshoumaru so much.  Hahaha. Hope to see him there.

The Inuyasha episodes are only seven days late with their first debut in Japan, just like Fullmetal Alchemist Brotherhood, while another anime, Tears to Tiara is the world’s first anime to be simulcasted on the same time as Japan.

The opening song for the new Inuyasha series is performed by Do as Infinity entitled “Kimi ga Inai Mirai” and the ending song is performed by AAA entitled “With You”.  I’m still trying to find a copy of those lyrics but if you do have them, please let me know! And also, some mp3 files. 😉

So, gotta go now, I’m on the rush here.  Just don’t forget to mark your calendars. 🙂 Let’s get it on!

Fullmetal Alchemist – Brotherhood

Fullmetal Alchemist Brotherhood

Fullmetal Alchemist Brotherhood

Now that summer has just started, I am totally updated with the goings-on on Animax. Laughs. You could say, it’s really weird, but part of summer is watching lots of anime shows and downloading manga. Yep, just like what I did before.

Speaking of, I am totally excited of the upcoming fullmetal alchemist series, entitled Fullmetal Alchemist – Brotherhood that will be premiering for the month of April. Nothing is much happier knowing that I can surely keep track of the episodes because it’s summertime! It’s kinda exciting this time because this is Animax Asia’s world’s first anime simulcast in the same week, as the anime will be premiering a week earlier in Japan. So FMA fans need not to wait for too long to catch up with the episodes, or wait for someone else to download them in YouTube.

Fullmetal Alchemist Brotherhood

Edward Elric

The manga is originally written and conceptualized by Hiromu Arakawa, and the Fullmetal Alchemist Brotherhood is the third FMA franchise – the first one is the Fullmetal Alchemist anime adaptation and the second one is the movie Fullmetal Alchemist: The Conqueror of Shamballa. Like the previous FMA shows, the long awaited Fullmetal Alchemist Brotherhood is produced by the anime studio Bones. It is directed by Yasuhiro Irie.

I’m totally excited of this third FMA shows, and I hope that my onscreen anime crush Roy Mustang (The Flame Alchemist!) would still be there. Well anyway, let’s keep our fingers crossed. If he’s not there, at least, the cute pip squeak Ed would do me a little show.

The most anticipated anime will be premiering in the same week broadcast, April 10, 2009, 8:30 pm. The anime has a staggering 51 episodes. Don’t worry, if you can’t catch up with the primetime show, I’ve read that Animax will have a recap marathon of a month’s worth of episodes on the last Saturday and Sunday of the month.
